In October I put my quartet DART back together to play a concert. I’ve been looking forward to this for quite a while. Playing with Simon Spiess, Jeremias Keller and Fred Bürki is a great pleasure and it is wonderful to see how my music comes alive through their musicality and contribution.
We were invited to play at the Inderbinen Concerts 2018 in Buchs AG. This is the place where my trumpets and my flugelhorn, and also Simon’s saxophone were made. I’ve known Tommy Inderbinen for almost 20 years now and it is very inspiring to have a direct and personal contact to such a great and unique instrument maker and his team.
It was a great honor to play a sold out concert at the place where our instruments are made and receive such fantastic feedback from everyone.
